The Nashoba Youth Lacrosse 1/2 Classic Program is designed for the first-time player. By providing an engaging fun environment that is focused on skill development. The goal of the program is to teach the fundamentals of the sport while striving to maximize player enthusiasm and a love for the sport. Practices will be structured in a station format with all players receiving equal instruction. Games are played 7 vs 7 using smaller nets.
The program is appropriate for players in Kindergarten through Grade 2.
The MYL Classic Lacrosse Program season begins in early April and runs through mid-June.
All practices and home games are held at Tower Field in Bolton. Away games may be played across the West Central region of the Mass Youth Lax league.
Teams practice 2 times per week.
Teams will play 8 games over the course of the season, which will be played on Sundays.
Uniforms (reversible jerseys and shorts) are required to participate, which may be purchased from our uniform provider. An ordering link will be provided to registered players.
Our 1/2 lacrosse program is for players in Grades 1 and 2. Only Kindergarten-aged players who participated in our Fall Ball program may register following a recommendation from the program coordinator. The program is open to players from Stow, Bolton, Lancaster, and surrounding communities.
The core mission of the program is player development. The season begins in mid-March and will run through June.
Nashoba Youth Lacrosse Program Cost:
Player Registration Fee is $150
A $50 late charge will be applied for all player registrations after 1/10/2024
All players will be evaluated and assigned to a team that participates in the Mass Youth Lax League.
Mass Youth Lax Player Registration:
In addition to registering for Nashoba Youth Lacrosse, all players must register with Mass Youth Lax at the time of registration. The cost of Mass Youth Lax player membership is $40 (which is set by Mass Youth Lax), which will be automatically added during registration.
